Financial loss

Sum insured $250,000

Cover for a third-party claim for financial loss only where there has been no physical loss or damage to property or personal injury – ie a product not working in the way represented that it would.

Statutory liability

Sum insured $250,000

Cover for fines and penalties including legal assistance in defending civil fine actions, ie non-compliance in areas of government regulations from environmental law or occupational health & safety law.

These extensions are included automatically; however we can increase cover from the standard $250,000 to a higher level of protection.
